Stone View Holdings is a family-owned, Los Angeles based, real estate investment and asset management company with over $250 million of assets under management.

With over 30 years of combined experience and more than $3 billion in closed real estate transactions, SVH principals bring a wealth of knowledge to each investment, offering institutional experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, while investing its own capital alongside its investors in each transaction.

Stone View invests across the real estate spectrum, ranging from investments in core, yield driven assets to ground-up development and across all asset types. Having worked with institutional partners, foreign capital, and private investors, SVH uncovers attractive investment opportunities and focuses on providing investors with outsized risk adjusted returns.

Stone View specializes as an asset manager in the build-for-rent space, where it has acquired six projects, totaling over 210 units. Each community is branded as a “Stone View” community and provides quality and luxury at an affordable price.

David Shlomi - Stone View Holdings

  • Managing Principal

    David is a managing principal and co-founder of Stone View Holdings, where he oversees acquisitions, asset management and investor relations. David has a diverse background having worked for a private equity fund, sponsor and lender prior to starting Stone View with his father in 2021. David earned his bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and earned a Master in Real Estate from Cornell University. Outside of work, David is an avid traveler and Los Angeles Clippers fan.

Benjamin Shlomi - Stone View Holdings

  • Principal

    Benjamin is a principal of Stone View Holdings, where he is responsible for business development, debt and guides the overall strategy and investment decisions of the firm. He has over thirty years of real estate experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate assets with different risk profiles. Benjamin is originally from Israel and immigrated to the US over 45 years ago.
